Our heater went out on us in the dead of winter and B & B came out to our townhome and quickly ordered us a new condenser and PERSONALLY saw to it, that it be delivered to us as soon as possible.
Not only did we get a great rate, but the removal/installation was quick and efficient!
A few months later - right before summer our compressor went out - and also our heating coils!
Needless to say, the costs were rising, but B & B gave us great prices - and great service!
Will definitely use them again, and again...
